5ph2 Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the 5ph2 website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the 5ph2 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you are accessing the 5ph2 Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and the term "you" shall refer to both you individually and that person or entity.

To register and use the 5ph2 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino participation.
2. You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 5ph2, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 5ph2 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
6. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

5ph2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued identification card, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the 5ph2 Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 5ph2 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 5ph2 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify 5ph2 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 5ph2 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

5ph2 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (A ML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation before withdrawals are processed. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended.

All financial transactions on the 5ph2 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 5ph2 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

5ph2 does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 5ph2 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time, with or without prior notice. Deposits are generally credited to your 5ph2 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified 5ph2 account. 5ph2 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification. 5ph2 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. 5ph2 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual or potentially suspicious in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

From time to time, 5ph2 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by promotion and are detailed in the applicable promotion terms.

5ph2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

All games available on the 5ph2 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

All 5ph2 games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. 5ph2 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors during gameplay, except where such errors are directly attributable to 5ph2's own systems.

In the event of a system error, malfunction, or manifest error that results in an incorrect payout or game outcome, 5ph2 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. 5ph2's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5ph2 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 5ph2 Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 5ph2 staff

All content on the 5ph2 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 5ph2 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 5ph2 Platform without our prior written consent.

Your use of the 5ph2 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how 5ph2 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your data subject rights — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data — by contacting our Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided in Section 16.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5ph2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

5ph2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5ph2 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

5ph2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a set period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Account Closure: You may request permanent closure of your account at any time.

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations, access to the 5ph2 Platform is strictly limited to persons aged 21 and above. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to seek help from a qualified professional or contact PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources.

5ph2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 5ph2.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 5ph2 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and 5ph2, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as permitted under Philippine law.

5ph2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 5ph2 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 5ph2 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on the 5ph2 website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
